KINGSKERWELL GREYHOUND STADIUM

The greyhound track on the outskirts of Torquay was at Kingskerwell and first held a meeting in the early 1930s. The track boasted a history of nearly 40 years before closing in 1970.

The ground on which the former track stood is now a housing estate, but at least there is evidence of the sites former life as one road is called Stadium Drive.
